I’m always asked how moms can increase their breast milk supply. So here’s a video with all my tips on to boost milk production. It may be a LOT of work, but it’ll totally be worth it when your supply comes back! Just try not to stress out (easier said than done, right!?!), and get ready to cozy up to your pump for a while. Fun stuff! And don’t be too hard on yourself…do what you can and what’s best for YOU, your baby and your family.
